OPGI Returns with Remodeled Booth After several very successful decades as a displaying manufacturer of GM restoration parts, Original Parts Group, Incorporated is once again returning to the SEMA Show this year with its newly remodeled and most impressive booth yet. OPGI's Marketing Director, Colin Date, and Production Supervisor, Scott Hamm worked very closely with Luis Woo of Flair Exhibits and Displays on a completely new design for the booth. It was determined almost instantly that the new design should reflect OPGI's 2017 campaign "Let's Do This" by giving the booth a "garage" like theme. After many meetings, multiple ren- derings (and some negotiating), the new design was finally approved by OPGI's President and Chief Executive Officer, Dave Leonard. Production commenced! The theme was implemented by adding two 17 foot wide garage/bay doors. Within these garages, OPGI has new and existing products on display. Directly in front of the doors, underneath a pergola, OPGI's newest addition to the fleet, a 1987 Buick Grand National – along with the Dream Giveaway 1970 SS396 Chevelle – will proudly be dis- played. The booth remains two stories as it was the year before. However, this year the upper deck has been expanded to include a second room, along with a sec- ond set of stairs granting access to each room. This will allow a more adequate space for the OPGI team to meet with existing and potential business partners Continued on Page 89 AN INDEPENDENT PUBLICATION NOT AFFILIATED WITH SEMA OR AAPEX Kimberly Oser Publisher Jules Denton Senior Associate Publisher Lorrie Baumann Editorial Director Jeanie Catron • JoEllen Lowry • Karrie Welborn Associate Editors Yasmine Brown Art Director Jonathan Schieffer Graphic Designer Caitlyn McGrath • Sarah Glenn Customer Service Managers Jay Watson • Hannah Stefanovich Show Logistics & Distribution John Pechota Sales Floor Manager Marcos Morhaim Senior Account Manager Adrian Chacon • Danny Ranney • Bo Robinson Michael Santamarina • Anthony Socci Steven Taylor • Kim Whiteman Account Managers Tara Neal Director of Operations Enrico Cecchi European Sales Aftermarket Daily News is published by Oser Communications Group ©2017 All rights reserved.
