HAND TOSSED: THE PIZZA SHOPPE THROWS IN THE TOWEL It wasn't a secret sauce that earned The Pizza Shoppe a solid reputation and loyal fan base nearly six decades ago. At this locally celebrated pizzeria in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, it's always been all about the dough.
