KNSD: Tell our readers about your com- pany. What's your main line of business? JWS: We design and make high-quality cookware products. Cooks Standard™ is top rated for four consecu- tive years. The cookware features a stay-cool handle. This handle design was awarded a patent in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in 2011. The cook- ware handle provides a comfort grip and stays cool during cooking use. Since we introduced this line of cookware four years ago, it quickly become very popular in the e-commerce marketplace. Now, when you search Google or Amazon or many other mar- ketplaces, you will find many customer reviews telling you how much they love this cookware. KNSD: What would you say makes your company unique? JSW: Best quality and best design, which sets a standard for cookware. KNSD: What was the most significant event or series of events affecting your company in the past year? JSW: The IHA Chicago Housewares Show gives us an opportunity to wel- come new customers. Our customer retention rate is 100 percent. We were limited in resources to service new deal- ers last year, and we hope we can soon overcome this limit. KNSD: Did your marketing strategy in the past year pro- vide you the overall position you had projected? JWS: Yes, business growth is unbelievably fast. KNSD: Describe your current marketing strategy. JWS: We offer the highest quality beyond customer expectations, and unique designs customers always want.
