VIEWZ UNVEILS NEW 24-INCH 3G/1920 X 1200 REFERENCE MONITOR ViewZ, a subsidiary of Orion Technology, a leading OEM manufactur- er and international supplier to the pro- fessional broadcast industry, has intro- duced its next generation of Professional Monitors. The VZ-24PM-PL features advanced 12 bit processing and 1920 x 1200 resolution. It also features HDMI-SDI convert and display out and integrated SDI-HDMI and HDMI-SDI converter. 2K content can be displayed on this unit without the loss of the HD signal by converting and downscaling the content to 1080i/p for- mat. Its newest addition of EIA608/CEA708 closed caption and 3D LUTs for improved color accuracy highlight this reli- able monitor. Powerful overlays also include vec- torscope, waveform, YCbCr and 16 channel audio metering. Menus are accessible via a jog dial controlled display for rapid selection; advanced features include color temperature and gamma selection, plus full support of RGB, 4:2:2 and 4:4:4 active matrix loop-through SDI. It also offers variable safety features and sup- port for a full range of aspect ratio for- mats. Under monitor display, program- mable function keys, RJ-45 remote con- trol jack and a XLR-4P power port are just some of the other feath- ers this monitor offers.
