The rich and diverse assortment in Boska's collections create endless possi- bilities from enjoying cheese on the bar- becue, to fondue/raclette, to having just- the-right tool to cut, slice and grate every variety of cheese. "In addition to creating stylish and functional tools that are easy to use, developing products that are suitable for use in the kitchen as well as on the table- top is also a top priority," said Frank Bleeker, Dutch Designer and creative force behind Boska. What makes Boska stand out among its competitors? The assortment is so comprehensive, from traditional to inno- vative, that there is an appropriate tool for every cheese-lover. Currently offer- ing 11 collections for consumers, Boska's bestselling Monaco Collection is distinct for its combination of contempo- rary design, functionality and dependable quality. For this collection, Bleeker chose to focus on durable yet rustic materials, including natural slate and stainless steel. The slate cheese boards offer an eye-catching lux- urious appeal, with roughly hewn edges and slight variations that make each board one-of-a-kind. Non porous and dishwasher-safe, the boards have anti- slip padded feet, and a convenient sur- face where chalk can be used to identify the cheese(s). Beyond cheese, try serving hors d'oeuvres hot and cold, tapas, desserts and more. A bestselling item in the Monaco Collection—the Cheese Set Cheesy— includes a slate cheese board (small or large) and the bestselling Cheese Knife Cheesy, a stainless steel knife for soft and semi hard cheese. Other slate products in the Monaco Collection include different sizes of cheese boards, dessert boards (set of four), coasters (set of four), and the Cheese Board Lazy—a large revolving board that allows guests to relax and enjoy cheese together in a fun and entertaining way. The Amuse Set, a narrow slate board with three porcelain bowls for dips, olives and more, offers yet another option for enjoying good food together with friends. "All of the products in our collec- tions are designed to mix-and-match and complement each other. We consider the beauty and simplicity of the overall table- top to be paramount when it comes to entertaining," said Martijn Bos, President and CEO of Boska. "I invite you to join us on a journey of discovery: The cheese world is bigger than you think!" For more information, visit booth #S839 at the 2013 IH+HS. It is well noted that Fagor pressure cookers are not only fantastic tools for preparing fast, easy and healthy meals in a fraction of the time used toward traditional cook- ing methods (up to 70 percent less), but are also equally useful tools in preparing a wide variety of foods. The Chef is crafted from elegant 18/10 stainless steel, made in Spain and designed with a larger diffuser bottom – 4mm, for higher cooking efficiency. Aside from the sturdy design, the Chef includes many newly added features to assist you in effortlessly making the per- fect meal. It also includes a MAX line indicator inside the pressure cooker, which helps you to recognize when you have reached 2/3 of the filling capacity in the pressure cook- er, the recommended fill amount. The highlight of Fagor's Chef pres- sure cooker is the removable timer/alarm with 100 minutes of time allowing you to comfortably multi-task while pressure cooking your meal to perfection. The Chef is also designed with an easy auto- matic release setting, valve removal and a self-cleaning valve that is specially designed to clean itself with the exclusive vertical method in which it expels steam. It has a fully auto- matic locking system, two working pressure positions, 15 psi (HIGH) and 8 psi (LOW) that enables you to pressure your meal perfect- ly and compact handles for easy storage. Fagor's Chef pressure cooker includes a 10-inch tempered glass lid that allows the body to be used as a tradition- al cooking vessel, a steamer/grater basket with trivet, for steaming vegetables that also functions as a grater, a DVD with information on the basics of a pressure cooker and a DVD recipe collection. The Chef is available in the 6-quart, 8-quart and 10-quart size and is induction ready. When it comes to pressure cooking, Fagor pressure cookers are perfect for preparing comfort foods such as tender meats, savory stews and hearty soups. What's more is that they're also a covet- ed piece of equipment for following a sensible low-fat diet plan. Steam veggies in a flash or cook beans and grains super fast with little or no pre-soaking involved. A staple in many ethnic cuisines, pressure cookers are commonly used for preparing the most succu- lent regional dishes. Finally, who knew desserts were on the menu as well? Pressure cookers are fan- tastic vessels for making puddings, cus- tards and even cheesecake!
