Our number one goal for business is to provide the highest quality product at the most attainable pricing for our customers. We care about doing business the right way, which is why we go out of our way to make sure we are treating people the way we would want to be treated. We are fortunate to be in an industry that is full of great people at every level. AMDN: What do you believe was the most significant event or series of events that has affected your company since SEMA 2012? KP: I would have to say the most important events were solidifying a nationwide distribution partnership, establishing our Gator Lifts (Cont'd. from p. 1) times with just a touch of its advanced feather valve. Model 2117 lowers to 2-3/4 inches, raises to 17 inches and lifts 2,100 pounds. Model 3621 lowers to 3-3/4 inches, raises to 21 inches and lifts 3,600 pounds. They have mechanical gravity safety locks that release conveniently at the control valve. The frames are all-welded steel plate. Heavy-duty phenolic rear casters and solid steel machined front wheels, powder-coating, feather air control and certified over-pressure valve provide long life and safe operation. Also on exhibit are the renowned line of GoJAK® self-loading jack/dollies and Hunter Engineering (Cont'd. from p. 1) qualities. To start, HawkEye Elite uses four high-resolution cameras to capture the most accurate measurements. This means our customers get correct results every time. Next, measurements are found using Hunter's patented – and now famous – Quick Grip adaptors. These adaptors are easy for technicians to click on and don't scratch the wheels. Quick Grip adaptors are designed to be shop tough and durable. You can drop them and they still work accurately. AMDN: How do your customers benefit? KS: For most of our customers, wheel alignment is the most profitable service Dale Adams Enterprises (Cont'd. from p. 4) our creepers is purchased, you can feel confident that your money is staying in America, and going to support American businesses and citizens. WeatherTech (Cont'd. from p. 4) For those that prefer a more heavyduty option for their truck beds with the use of rigid drop-in liners, WeatherTech has also developed a solution for protection against paint rubbing off from the rigid surface. UnderLiner is digitally designed to perfectly match the contours of the specific pickup truck bed. The UnderLiner provides added protection by powder coating as an in-house operation that allows us more control of the build process from inception to delivery, and developing and refining processes throughout the company. We look to build on the success of our last year as we prepare to take it to the next level this upcoming year and beyond. AMDN: Are you introducing any new product at this year's SEMA show? KP: We are releasing a few new products at this year's show. We have our traditional 95 Series featured on a couple of sponsored builds to go along with our new 95R Series front and rear bumpers. 95R Series bumpers will be built to specifically house Rigid Industries Lighting. We have designed the best bumper on the market, and are excited to offer a unique concept that sets us apart. We have also upped the ante by forging accessories: RakJAK™ pneumatic jacks and accessories, SpeedBLASTER™ gravity-fed pneumatic media blasters, HotSPOT™ blast recovery systems, QuickSPIFF™ air-powered hand-held vacuums and WheelCHOCK stationary wheel chocking systems. GoJAK,The Faster Caster System® combines a foot-operated mechanical jack with a car dolly in a single unit. GoJAKs lift and move vehicles at any angle, anywhere, without power. The Model 4107 extends the product line into smaller wheel assemblies primarily found on light aircraft, and employs a hand lever. Model 4107 handles vehicle weights to 4,100 pounds, tires from 7.5 inches to 22 inches in diameter and they offer. Our customers tell us that they want to be efficient and complete as many wheel alignments in a day as possible. We designed our HawkEye Elite alignment system to set a new performance standard without sacrificing accuracy. There are numerous other benefits beyond the obvious profit increase. For instance, millions of today's vehicles require Steering Angle Sensor (SAS) resets after an alignment procedure. HawkEye Elite comes standard with an electronic steering system reset device. This device eliminates the need to buy and operate multiple scan tools in the alignment bay. AMDN: At SEMA, we see unique wheel and tire combinations. Can you handle them? While we are just a small 15-person family company, when you add in the employees of our suppliers, we have calculated that each one of our creepers purchased helps support over 800 Americans. Our competitors may try creating a .065-inch thick, semi-soft protective barrier between the rigid drop-in bed liner and the painted surface of the truck bed. Damage to a vehicle's bumper is one of the most commonly occurring accidents, so naturally WeatherTech noticed the need for a higher quality solution to this problem. BumpStep fits any vehicle with a standard 2-inch receiver hitch and is available as an 57 full steam ahead into the Jeep market. Our Jeep JK in our booth 33271 this year will feature our new front and rear bumpers for the JK application. These bumpers are unlike any others with a style all their own. AMDN: What is the nature of your current distribution? KP: Our uniqueness comes from innovation. We have a Pre-Runner Bull Bar that offers the convenience of a bolt-on piece with the ruggedness and durability of a fully welded bar. This allows the customer flexibility within their budget, without compromising the end result for them. It is also unique because it allows us to offer a large application coverage without the added cost of doubling the SKU count. This has proved extremely beneficial for our WD partnerships as well. We love to show how our Quick Grip wheel adaptors click onto all varieties of wheels and tires by gripping the tire's tread instead of the metal rim edge. This patented approach eliminates all metalto-metal contact. No shop wants to damage a customer's wheel or turn away a good customer. AMDN: If I am a vehicle owner, how can I benefit from a shop using HawkEye Elite? KS: Most vehicle owners are unfamiliar with the wheel alignment process. We help shops bridge that gap with simple, color-coded printouts. The printout, or tablet display, gives a vehi- to beat us with bargain basement prices, but to do that they have to import their products.
