Fleeced Satin fabric has a slight which will cause the heating element to activate at the right temperatures when the car is on. The device is very safe as well – If the vehicle is running and it's below freezing, it will heat no matter what. If the temperature is high enough, the heating element will not turn on, saving energy and the durability of the blade. AMDN: How have customers responded to THERMALBLADEs? HK: Truck drivers have told me that when driving at 65-75 mph in snowy conditions, they would have to knock ice off the blade by hand, which is incredibly dangerous. With our wiper blades, that becomes a non-issue. That's why our handling, and saves on storage space without sacrificing user ergonomics.
