Since 1889, when Armando de Nigris started the first vinegar works in Naples Italy, we've been using time honored family traditions to produce the finest Italian vinegars. For those of you who are unfamiliar with us, I would like to begin by giving you a small background history of our company. Antonio Mozzarella Factory was born in Calabria, Italy nearly 80 years ago. The company truly started and blossomed in the United States beginning in 1996 in a small deli out of the suburban town of Springfield, N.J., just about 20 miles from New York City. These products include four types of raw milk goat cheddar, two types of pasteurized goat milk cheddar, goat milk jack style with seven different flavors, goat milk feta, feta crumbles, goat milk Mozzarella, artisan blend shreds, and whey cream goat butter.
