MS: Accurate Box is a 75-year-old com- pany that specializes in high graphic cor- rugated packaging. In our space, we are one of very few companies who control all aspects of production in house. We make our own tooling (printing plates, cutting dies, graphics, etc.) and all pro- duction is done under one roof. This makes us extremely competitive in the marketplace because we are not moving materials from facility to facility. RDN: What makes your company unique? MS: What makes our company unique is the way we have invested in our busi- ness. No company in our category has invested in their equipment and infra- structure like Accurate has in the last five years. The combination of our design capabilities and our folding carton men- tality bring unusual styles and concepts to the QSR industry. Our manufacturing facility just received its FSSC 22000 food safety certification, which is a glob- ally acknowledged benchmark food safe- ty standard stabled by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). RDN: Why have your sales in the QSR industry grown so rapidly? MS: We are excited that Accurate Box's foray into the QSR market has paid off with extreme growth from new cus- tomers. What is an iSi Nitro Whip Coffee System? A 32-ounce brushed stainless steel canister and N2 (nitrogen) Nitro Chargers. No tanks, no tubes, no taps, no hassle. How does it work? Fill the Nitro Whip bottle with cold brew coffee, charge with a genuine iSi Nitro Charger, shake and serve. The latest innovation from Austrian company iSi, Nitro Whip creates the perfect release of nitrogen gas into the cold brew coffee every time. The Nitro Whip Coffee system is a hassle-free, complete system, requiring no separate nitrogen tank and gas suppli- er, separate tubing or a separate tap sys- tem. It's a self-contained, easily portable system that allows for personalized table- side delivery of fresh nitro cold brew in any operation. The Nitro Whip has a reg- ulator to manage how much gas goes into the coffee so it's always safe and consis- tently performs. "A beautiful cascading effect is released, and the coffee forms a thick creamy head, like a perfectly pulled beer," explains Jeanette Brick, President, iSi North America. "Nitro tea can also be made with the Nitro Whip system, increasing your menu options." The canister's 32-ounce size is easy to store, yet large enough to contain mul- tiple servings, so it's ideal for operations iSi (Cont'd. from p. 1) that offer a small to medium number of nitro servings per week. "This makes nitro accessible to more operators who are not going to go through the trouble of installing and maintaining taps," says Brick. The canister is stainless steel and comes with a two-year warranty. It is ware-washer safe and much easier to clean and maintain than a keg and tap system. Chargers for the device are made in Austria. iSi GmbH, the parent company of iSi North America, is the largest man- ufacturer of cream and food whippers, soda siphons and their respective charg- ers. iSi manufactures all of its chargers of recyclable extruded steel in its factory in Austria, unlike some of its competitors who are manufacturing in Eastern Europe or Asia. iSi's high standards for cleanliness and the purity of the gas meet HACCP certification and guarantee food safety, quality and consistency in service. "We are excited to be a part of the hottest new trend in coffee," says Brick. "We are always looking for ways to make new menu items accessible and easy with our iSi gas technology. Our focus for the Nitro Whip Coffee system is safety, reli- ability and ease of handling, and I think we've scored a home run!" Thousands of chefs around the world use iSi Whippers and cream chargers to make espumas, sauces, soups and desserts. Now they can embrace the iSi Nitro Whip and Nitro Charger to make Nitro Brew Coffee System an indispensa- ble part of the coffee service in their restaurants. For more information, visit booth #7267 at the NRA Show or contact Jeanette Brick, President, iSi North America by emailing Jeanette.Brick@isi.com or calling 848.448.3868.
