Our rotisseries are recognized worldwide for their unique presentation. We customize colors, finishes and sizes and adapt our rotisseries to our end-users' needs. Versatility is the name of the game and we offer numerous spit options for vari- ous cooking. In supermarkets the rotis- series are utilized to cook from morning to night and roast perfectly large batches of chickens. In restaurants, the rotisseries are used to roast not only chickens, but with multiple purpose baskets, they can also roast turkey, rack of lamb, pork leg or suckling pig, sausages, fish and veg- etables among others. Versatility, incompara- ble taste and high vol- ume are the norms. Our rotisseries come in gas or electric with individ- ual motors and burners. From a small countertop unit to a 56-chicken- capacity gas floor model, we cover all types of productions. Today we are proud to present our new rotisserie from Doregrill, the Magflam. This traditional rotisserie comes with a powerful lighting system, porcelain enamel finish with choice of color available, a decorative roof with CONVENTION CENTER FOODSERVICE OPERATION SAVES MONEY WITH SOLUTIONS FROM DAYMARK Savor… Long Beach is the catering arm of the Long Beach (California) Convention and Entertainment Center. Savor…Long Beach supports the con- vention center's events and concessions with an extensive menu of innovative food concepts for thousands of guests weekly. Long Beach's Director of Culinary, Rosie Romo, had been working with DayMark Safety Systems for several years as the preferred supplier of 2" x 1" labels used to identify various grab and go, ready-to-eat meals prepared and served at the convention center. DayMark commercially printed custom labels with the convention center's logo and more than 50 food item variations at any given time. In 2013, Long Beach was mandated to add ingredient information to each retail food item label. "The same labeling requirements that apply to packaged gro- cery items now also apply to national restaurant chains and other foodser- vice venues that offer grab and go products," said D a y M a r k Executive Director of Sales Bill Curtis.
