KNAPP Rolls Out Latest KiSoft Software for Pharmacy and Warehouse Operations An interview with Kevin Reader, Director Business Development and Marketing, KNAPP. CDD: There is a lot of conversation about the rising importance of software and related technologies. Tell our readers about the latest KiSoft Pharmacy & Warehouse Operations software, and the benefits it will deliver to mail order phar- macies, central fill pharmacies and their warehouse operations. KR: This is a pretty exciting time in the software industry with all the game changing new technologies available in the market. These are technologies that are having an astounding impact on soft- ware design, development, operation and support. At KNAPP, we are no different in that regard, but our investments began years ago, and although we are known for our innovative automation, software is part of our DNA.
