EPA Approves ICC-ES as Third-Party Certifier The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved the International Code Council Evaluation Service (ICC-ES) as a recognized Third- Party Certifier under the Formaldehyde Emission Standards for Composite Wood Products Rule.
