Stern offers a full-line of commercial and consumer pinball games, merchandise, parts and accessories that are sold to pin- ball operators, enthusiasts and fans around the globe. CEDN: What would you say makes your company unique? JD: Being in the pinball industry in itself is unique. The pinball landscape has changed dramatically through the years – from a prohibition period to surges of popularity as well as sharp declines. What makes Stern truly unique is the pinball machines we produce and that we have stayed consistent with our quality throughout the years. CEDN: What was your program last year? JD: Last year, Stern debuted its new SPIKE operating system technology, which reduces product complexity and simplifies manufacturing, resulting in more reliable and easier-to-service games. The new technology enables play- ers to appreciate higher quality sound, enhanced illumination effects and a more engaging overall game experience. Last year Stern debuted its new WWE Wrestlemania, which was the first pinball machine to feature the new SPIKE system. CEDN: What was the most significant event or series of events affecting your company in the past year? JD: In the last year we've had some very exciting news and events at Stern. Last year we debuted our new SPIKE technol- ogy operating system, which was the first major technology update in our machines in over 30 years. We also moved our headquarters to a larger facility in Elk Grove Village, Illinois to expand our efforts and global Stern Pinball (Cont'd. from p. 1) growth initiatives. The KISS and Game of Thrones machines have also been exciting new titles for us. CEDN: Are you introducing any new products? JD: We are introducing the Stern Spider- Man Vault Edition, which we're incredi- bly excited about. CEDN: Where is your current product emphasis? JD: We are putting a lot of focus on the new technology in our innovative operat- ing system that is being built into all of our new machines. CEDN: What products do you see as being hottest this year? JD: We're expecting to see lots of success with the upcoming Spider-Man Vault Edition and continued success with our KISS and Game of Thrones machines. CEDN: To what do you attribute your company's success? JD: We work with some of the best machine designers in the business to offer our users the most unique pinball experience possible. We also have some great partnerships that really allow us to bring Stern pinball to new audiences as well as bring new games to our exciting customers. CEDN: How can our readers find out more about your company? JD: We regularly update our site with the newest announcements and machines – they can also follow us on Twitter and Facebook! Limitless is headquartered in McHenry, Illinois, a Northwest Suburb of Chicago and has been in business for three years. Limitless didn't officially release its first consumer product until October 2014. CEDN: What is the mission at Limitless Innovations? RS: The company looks to target every- day problems and create solutions with its innovative products. The flagship product is the ChargeHub 7-Port USB Universal Charging Station. It has quickly become known as the power strip of the 21st cen- tury because of its unique capabilities. CEDN: Tell our readers more about the ChargeHub. RS: The ChargeHub plugs right into the wall through its own cord and can power up to seven devices simultaneously. The hub itself sits on a desk or table and then the devices plug into it with their own USB cords. Another great feature is that the ChargeHub utilizes patent-pending SmartSpeed Technology to allow any port to charge the connected device at its maximum charging speed, regardless of whether it is an Apple iOS or Android device. We're a licensed Apple MFi Developer, by the way, so you'll find Apple's logo on our CableLinx USB charge and sync cable packaging, and you can be sure that ChargeHub is fully compatible with your Apple device. CEDN: Is Limitless launching other products, too? RS: We plan to roll out two brand new chargers, the X3 ChargeHub and the X5 ChargeHub, three- and five-port univer- Limitless Innovations (Cont'd. from p. 1) sal charging stations to expand our prod- uct offering to be available in all seg- ments. It is the same unique and patented form factor as ChargeHub, that's also able to charge each connected device optimally. In addition, the top insert is customizable for any company's logo or marketing message. This is something unique to the charging world and not something seen in other competitive products. CEDN: How does Limitless Innovations assist its customers? RS: Here at Limitless, we strive to pro- vide our customers with superb cus- tomer service. Whether it is an incoming call, or customer inquiry via email, our goal is to make sure our customers are completely satisfied. We can turn prod- uct around on a dime by assembling, stocking and shipping at our warehouse, centrally located in the United States. Typically, any order placed is drop- shipped the same day. CEDN: What goals does Limitless have for 2016? RS: We seek to maintain a consistent sales flow of our current product lines, in addition to doubling, if not tripling sales with new product releases in 2016. We attribute our success to hard work, con- sistency and determination. Potential new customers can trust in our product and company by reading our past cus- tomer successes through stellar product reviews on different websites or simply by contacting our sales department with any questions.
