COUCH FEATURES TOPOLOGY UPHOLSTERY AT NEOCON By Julin An, Marketing Department, D.L.Couch Introduced in the fall of 2012, the Source One Upholstery line from D.L. Couch is both useable and inspirational. Offering a mix of woven Crypton and Nanotex options, high performance vinyls and eco- friendly polyurethane choices, the Source One Upholstery line provides broad appeal to a variety of market segments. A new intro to the collection launch- ing at Neocon 2014, Topology is a show stopper in any space. A two-toned, organ- ically inspired floral, Topology comes in 11 vibrant and sophisticated colorways. A continual bending and stretching graphic, this modern floral provides a playful take on organic, adding visual interest to any piece. Topology plays with positive and negative space to create design illusion. Inspired by leading fashion designers, and a fashion-forward color palette, color options for Topology come alive in high contrast hues. Cool, grayed-out neutrals; energetic saturated orange mixes with cranberry; preppy dazzling blue partners with emerald green; polished navy and beige and poppy fuchsia offset with sand – Topology can add sophistication or excitement to any space. Topology comes standard with INCASE Crypton defense to protect against stains, moisture, bacteria and odors. INCASE offers a superior clean- ability, stain resistance and built-in Silver Ion microbial protection. Each fiber of Topology is encapsulated with an advanced microbial-resistance to oil and water-basted stains. INCASE's chemistry and processes makes it the greenest stain- resistant formula in the world. Topology not only has outstand- ing performance with over 50,000 double rubs, but can also contribute to LEED credits. HDSD: What do you anticipate to be your greatest challenge in the year ahead? KZ: Our sales have increased rapidly since January 2014. We need to ensure we have enough inventory to ship on time to our customers. We are adding warehouse space to expand our inventory supply. HDSD: Are you introducing any new products? KZ: Yes, we will introduce Barnwood Rustic furniture this sum- mer. This furniture is handcrafted and compli- mented with our new fab- ric designs to make very attractive rustic furnish- ings for a much broader market. Many customers are waiting to see our new line. We feel very excited. HDSD: What products do you see as being hottest this year? KZ: Our restaurant tables and chairs along with our pub sets are very popu- lar this year. CUSTOMIZABLE B2 DOORS FROM BARAZIN This year at NeoCon, BARAZIN intro- duces B2, its new collection of interior glass doors. Inspired by European design trends, the company spent three years in research and development before introducing the collection. "We wanted to offer the market something really special and trendy," said Ben Forest, General Manager at BARAZIN. The B2 collection certainly meets that goal. The collection of inte- rior doors includes both swing and slid- ing glass doors, and they are character- ized by high-quality materials. There are three possible magnetic latch options for silky smooth operation – a locking privacy latch, a passage latch (with no lock), and a keyed latch. There are six handle options, which are avail- able in four finishes. The hinges of the doors are unexposed, so nothing interferes with the visual appeal of the door. Elaborating on the benefits of choosing BARAZIN over the competition, Forest said, "Unlike our main competitors, which are Italian manufacturers, our prod- ucts are made here for North American standards, providing shorter lead time and multiple color options. All of our products are totally recyclable. We are vertically integrated, so we can control all aspects of manufac- ture and processing in house." BARAZIN also offers another unique option - digital ceramic printing on glass. This cutting-edge technology allows BARAZIN to take an image, texture or motif and print it on the glass, with the end product being scratch and UV resistant. Incredibly cus- tomizable, BARAZIN's prod- ucts can be coordinated with any inte- rior design scheme. Visit BARAZIN at booth 8-1086. For more information, go to www.B2Doors.com.
