OCG Show Daily Sunday, June 4, 2017 4 DIETZ & WATSON CONTINUES TO EXPAND NO ANTIBIOTICS EVER & ORGANIC PRODUCT LINE As a family-owned business founded in 1939, Dietz & Watson understands the importance of feeding your family the highest quality foods. Dietz & Watson Originals is a collection of family recipes that pay homage to Founder Gottlieb Dietz, and the honest food of his day. It's why they've worked with family farms to give customers humanely raised proteins that have no antibiotics ever, no added hormones, organic-GMO free options, and rBGH free cheeses that are fresh and savory. Dietz & Watson Originals are also gluten free and do not contain preservatives, nitrates or nitrites, artifi- cial colors, flavors, fillers, extenders or MSG. Choose from sliced fresh-to-order or pre-packaged varieties of Dietz & Watson premium meats, artisan cheeses, gourmet franks and chicken sausages. Philadelphia-based premium deli meat and cheese company Dietz & Watson was on top of these consumer attitudes just as they were in the '70s with their low sodium and healthier lifestyle Gourmet Lite products. Dietz & Watson Originals is now in its second year and the company continues to add new items to the successful line. Dietz & Watson has always been a pioneer in the deli-products field, espe- cially in the healthy-eating sense. Back in the '70s the company introduced the Gourmet Lite line, featuring lower sodi- um, low fat, low cholesterol turkey breast and deli ham, as well as a no-salt added turkey breast. Today, the Healthier SCHULSTAD LAUNCHES NEW LINE OF GOOD MORNING CROISSANTS As consumers turn to breakfast foods for comfort and nourishment, Schulstad ® offers a new way for retailers to make good mornings even better with its new line of Good Morning Croissants baked with the high-quality ingredients shop- pers are asking for. "For many years, we've crafted good mornings with time-honored European baking techniques. We take great pride in this new line that takes a classic croissant and adds a generous sprinkling of nutritious, flavor-filled delectability that will delight croissant lovers." The new Good Morning line fea- tures three new croissant varieties. The Multigrain Croissant is made with a combination of energizing grains and seeds with a multilayer flavor profile. The Oat & Honey Croissant features hearty oats naturally sweetened with a hint of hillside-hive honey that is part goodness and part indulgent treat. The Pain Au Chocolat made with rich butter is com- bined with world-renowned Belgian choco- late and is avail- able in large and mini sizes. Every Schulstad croissant is crafted in the traditional Parisian methodology and features 17 layers of dough and 16 layers of real butter. These layers of flaky dough combined with high-quality fill- ings deliver the memorable treats con- sumers crave.
