When you think Altro, you think safety. While the company is known for manufactur- ing slip and impact resistant products, it has recently released new lines of designer tiled products, enabling beautiful creations on top with its patented safety technology underneath. Altro Dolce Essentials offers designers opportunities for mixing, matching and even creating intricate patterns with its 42-color tile range in both stone and wood look options. With Altro's PU factory finish, your design will remain vibrant for years to come. The perfect option for classrooms, hallways and cafeterias, the colors will keep students and faculty looking, and the durability will keep them walking. Altro Quartz Tile is a high performance, fully flexible compressed quartz tile. Combined with a 3,000 psi static load limit, it's built for demanding areas with heavy pedestrian traffic. Availability in 36 tones, in both chip and marble, makes this flooring range both resistant and easy to look at. The UV-strength- ened PUR surface treatment aids in cleanability, and unlike VCT, Altro Quartz Tile is occupancy ready – reducing initial and routine maintenance for added cost savings. Altro Lavencia Luxury Vinyl Tile exudes the beauty of its luxury vinyl nature, blending style and performance to create a classic look in any environment without the practical drawbacks. Its 55 color range, with stone and wood look options available, ALTRO: SAFETY AND SMOOTH TILES Wood has played a role in everything Hale Manufacturing has done, in part because of its location in the Mohawk Valley region of New York, a heavily wooded area sur- rounding the Mohawk River, sandwiched between the Adirondack and Catskill Mountains. This area of the state is known for its skilled craftspeople and manufacturing her- itage. "I've got to say, I'm proud we work with wood," says Hale President Jim Benson. "Very soon, I think you are going to start hearing more about wood again. People want to work with sustainable products. Wood is here to stay. It is a great resource this nation has. While wood is warm and inviting, glass and plas- tic is cold and trendy. In the future, you are going to walk into offices that are filled with glass and plastic and you are going to say, 'that looks like 2015.' When you walk into an office or library with wood 20 years later, it will still look great." Hale has made a name for itself in the library furniture market, based on its foun- dation of classic bookcases. The key to the company's continued evolution is the Hale Cubed product line. The line can be used to create just about any configuration in an office, from simple storage all the way up to benching. "Cubed is a new product that brings modularity to storage," said Michelle Keib, Versteel, a leading designer and manufacturer of high quality products and solutions in the furniture industry, announces the newest addition to the Eliga product line: Training Tables.
