Thursday, September 26, 2013 Gaming News GLORY GLOBAL SOLUTIONS: MEETING CASINOS' NEEDS WITH A WIDE VARIETY OF SOLUTIONS By Tina Tuccillo, VP Marketing & Product Strategy, Glory Global Solutions. Glory Global Solutions Ltd. is a world leader in the design and manufacture of Cash Management Solutions, with over half a century of industry expertise. We design, manufacture and service our own product. The Glory engineering and design team is dedicated to producing the innovative quality products that your business needs to grow and prosper. Our innovative currency dispensers, cash recyclers, cash sorters and currency processing equipment are used world-wide. Glory has a rich history of technology, and experience providing solutions for a variety of industries encompassing the financial, retail and gaming worlds. Rick Friese, Glory's EVP of Sales and Marketing, provided some insight into the success of Glory as a gaming industry partner: "One of our value propositions is tied to our vast R&D commitment. Every Glory product is designed and developed using our own technology. Because of our vast R&D commitment, we recently launched new products utilizing existing designs and added new technologies to produce more efficient and productive solutions. Additionally, we're a cash management manufacturer with complete control of the design, manufacturing and service of our own product." The ability to create quality, reliable products and highly productive solutions is based on a leveraged design process. As a result, Glory products are many generations ahead of others and have the ability to add new technologies to existing designs and products without securing the technology from other sources. By not outsourcing product development, several advantages can be realized; these include reduced risk to product performance, faster time to market, reduced costs, and seamless product integration. Large and small casino customers can have confidence when choosing the new SK-100C, a casino kiosk featuring enhanced security. The SK-100C is an ADA-compliant, easy to operate kiosk that provides customers with fast and accurate cash dispensing. It features ticket-in and ticket-out transactions, bill-breaking and ATM functionality, and boasts the best reliability record in the industry. With five currency cassettes with 3,000 note capacity and Web-browser based accounting, administration and monitoring capacities, the SK-100C offers casino management the opportunity to reduce errors and cost while improving productivity. The SK-100C provides casino employees with operational simplicity as well. The user friendly design helps guide the employee, using the 15" touch screen monitor and easy to understand illustrations, to resolve virtually any issue that may arise. This ensures maximum uptime of the kiosk. For added value, Glory has been working with leading cash access MULTIMEDIA UNVEILS NEXT GEN IN CABINET SERIES AND NEW GAMES AT G2E An interview with Pat Ramsey, CEO and President, Multimedia Games. GN: What was the most significant event or series of events affecting your company in the past year? PR: 2013 has already proven to be a huge year for us, and it's only halfway through. Our slot tournament system, TournEvent™, is continuously evolving, with over 170 casinos installing our latest version so far. In addition, this spring we launched the first-ever nationwide slot tournament with National TournEvent of Champions®. More than 75 casinos are participating from coast to coast with the final battle for the crown and over $250,000 in cash prizes happening during G2E. We've also expanded into several new markets, such as Nevada, New Jersey, and Illinois, which are all important for our company's future. The widespread acceptance of one of our premium product series, High Rise Games®, is another major aspect of what has made the last year a true banner year for Multimedia Games. GN: What do you anticipate to be your greatest challenge in the year ahead? PR: With our growth into new markets and our desire to increase our product offerings, the challenge lies in managing that growth and making sure we have the right people on board. We've grown our game development pipeline by almost 50 percent over the last couple of years, and we want to continue that growth over the next year. GN: Are you introducing any new products? PR: This year at G2E we're unveiling the next generation in our Player HD Cabinet Series. This new cabinet will provide players with that in-your-face, 360° Experience™ they've been craving. In addition to this cabinet, we'll also be launching our 100-line games featuring Must-Hit Jackpots™, such as Carnival in Rio 2 and Blazin' Streak™. Players will love these games because of the "2 for 1" paylines that give them more bang for their buck. GN: What products do you see as being hottest this year? PR: Our new cabinet should make a big splash with customers, as well as the new additions to our High Rise Games 25 providers to provide both small and large casinos with innovative ATM functionality. Casinos can now choose a solution that best meets their needs without compromise. Glory also offers complete on-site service and support to maintain the kiosk. Glory's dedicated support team-- with over 150 Glory-certified, factory trained technicians throughout the US and full-parts inventory with service call monitoring-assures casino operators they will receive a guaranteed and efficient response with "best in class" service before, during and after the sale. The full assortment of Glory products emphasize productivity – important to casino operators as they look for ways to enhance their bottom line. Cash dispensers, recyclers, and other coin and currency handling products provide a reduction in time due to fewer steps in the counting process and added security due to less handling of cash by employees. Depend on the SK-100C integrated ATM and ticket redemption kiosk, the new RBG-300 with iCR™ Intelligent cash recycling technology, desktop sorters such as the UW500 and 600, Mach 9 coin counter/sorter, or the Quick Change self service coin deposit machine to provide the solution you need to thrive in today's challenging business environment. Glory has the answer for casino floors, cages, soft count rooms and non-gaming enterprises such as food and beverage. For more information, visit booth 5454, or go online to www.glory globalsolutions.com. series, such as Moby Dick™. It has some of the best graphics and animations that I've seen in a long time, and I really feel that players will be drawn to it. GN: How do you see the next year in terms of economy, sales, technology, and product evolution? PR: Our focus for the next year is really to continue to partner with our casino operators to ensure that we are driving business to their floor with our products and promotions. We don't see any fundamental changes to the capital replacement cycle, so in order for us to continue our growth, we need to remain focused on producing games that not only play well, but have longevity. We'll also continue to work on building a culture that values and provides great customer service. In addition, our first online venture, TournEvent Ace™ app, was released this summer as not only a second chance for casinos to send another player to the final round of National TournEvent of Champions, but also as a way to promote TournEvent on their floors. And with the significant growth in our new markets, we will remain dedicated to developing and maintaining those relationships.
