DP: The remodeling industry has grown to over $450 billion dollars as reported by Harvard's Joint Center for Housing Studies, and is on pace to see between 4-5 per- cent growth in 2020. This growth combined with a shortage of housing inventory has encouraged many homeowners to remodel their homes as opposed to moving. One of the fastest growing segments in the remodeling industry is universal design.
