An interview with Barry Lloyd, President, Aeries Software. ESD: Tell our readers about your company. BL: My father, Jerry D. Lloyd, founded Aeries Software in 1995. My father was a Data Processing Manager in the Orange County Schools Data Center, where he witnessed the struggle of school dis- trict personnel in dealing with managing student records. Jerry went on to code several revolutionary fea- tures and functionalities in the core Student Information System that would later be considered standard features included in every Student Information System today.
