to Chief Operating Officer

Ed Townley Named
Chief Operating Officer Of Agri-Mark
Ed Townley has recently been promoted to Chief Op-
erating Officer for Agri-Mark. Townley previously
served as Chief Financial Officer for Cabot Creamery
Cooperative for the past nine years. In his capacity
as COO, Townley assumes the role previously held
by Richard Stammer, who was promoted to the po-
sition of CEO for Agri-Mark in November 2012.
Townley's career includes prior stints with IBM and
Lane Press. As Agri-Mark's COO, Townley takes on
responsibility for operations, sales, marketing and
information technology for Cabot, McCadam, and
Agri-Mark whey proteins.

Townley. "I've worked with all departments during my
tenure as CFO. It feels natural to take on a role that
