This combination of a tough, mechanically- attached flexible FutureFlash Waterproofing Membrane and high-per- formance FutureFlash Sealant is the key to a new level of application efficiency and protection. Recommended installa- tion is the patented Moisture Diversion Method™, which significantly reduces installation time. FutureFlash is a prefabricated water- proofing membrane designed for use around windows, doors, under stucco and other exterior wall systems. It is com- posed of two high-performance films with a core of specially formulated rub- berized asphalt. It is tough, self-sealing and flexible with great tear strength and UV stability. FutureFlash is available in both 25 mil and 40 mil thickness. FutureFlash Sealant is a high quality polyurethane caulk that adheres to wood, vinyl and metal windows. It delivers superior attachment characteristics across a wider temperature range than other competi- tive products. MFM offers a 10-year warranty when FutureFlash is used in con- junction with FutureFlash Sealant. Zoeller's Expanded Line of Battery Backups Too often, a battery backup sump pump system is installed and then forgotten; left dormant and neglected in the base- ment sump pit. But the expectation is that this crucial equipment works flawlessly years later to save the basement from flooding because of power outage, equip- ment failure and high-volume inrush. However, the chances of saving your basement carpet, drywall and other prop- erty are greatly enhanced if the battery backup system isn't left dormant and silent. A self-testing system with diag- nostic and supervisory abilities is crucial for long-term protection. Even better, a self-testing system that is connected to the cloud will be able to inform the owner of any important information and allow remote access and control. Protect your home with two new systems from Zoeller's Aquanot ® Line. The Aquanot Spin 508 is the new standard model in the industry's most comprehensive line of battery backups. The Spin offers high-performance pump- ing, long lasting protection on DC power, a heavy duty mechanical operational switch, and most importantly, self-testing technology that helps ensure that all system components are always ready. The Aquanot Fit 508 battery backup system is another new option in the expanded line of Aquanot backups. The Fit has all the functionality of the Spin and more. Also included is a more powerful charger, and a high-water sensor to provide additional alarms, float logic and redundant pump run. But what really sets the Aquanot Fit apart from any other system is its built-in Wi-Fi connectivity to Zoeller's amazing Z Control ® Cloud, which allows users to Continued on Page 41 Continued on Page 41 AN INDEPENDENT PUBLICATION NOT AFFILIATED WITH IBS & KBIS Kimberly Oser Publisher Jules Denton-Card Senior Associate Publisher Lorrie Baumann Editorial Director Anthony Socci Associate Publisher Jeanie Catron • JoEllen Lowry • Karrie Welborn Associate Editors Yasmine Brown Art Director Jonathan Schieffer Graphic Designer Susan Stein Customer Service Manager Marcos Morhaim Senior Account Manager Adrian Chacon • Alisha Dicochea • Jessica Attoe Deborah Yarbrough • Kim Whiteman Account Managers Tara Neal Director of Operations Jay Watson • Hannah Stefanovich Show Logistics & Distribution Enrico Cecchi European Sales Construction Marketplace is published by Oser Communications Group ©2020 All rights reserved.
