Chef 's Planet Commercial will serve the needs of industrial foodservice operations with a variety of durable, nonstick products that enhance kitchen efficiencies. At the 2018 International Home & Housewares Show in Chicago, Chef's Planet is introducing cookware and bake- ware manufactured with a patented non- stick film technology called EnduraFilm™. Traditional nonstick spray coatings provide an uneven surface that is prone to the development of micro-pinholes. When micro-pinholes occur in a coated cooking surface, residue from food, oil and cleaning agents can enter the pinholes which deteriorates the coated layer and reduces nonstick properties over time. EnduraFilm is a PTFE film laminat- ed to the metal pan surface, resulting in a super smooth, even film coating that resists surface micro-pinholes. Film lam- ination allows a thicker non- stick layer for added durabili- ty.
