The new fulfillment center, at 86,000 square feet, is more than double the size of the prior facility and allows for an unprecedented capacity to stock parts, expand the range of product offered to customers and enable faster processing. Matt Jordan, Premier's Chief Executive Officer, states, "We're contin- uing to invest in providing better service to our customers. We are focused on hav- ing the right product at the right location at the right time to provide unmatched service for our dealers/customers." Premier's Vice President of Operations, Parley Valora, adds, "While our main offices and staff will be remaining in Rexburg, our warehouse will be much closer to the main hub for shipping in SLC, fur- ther reducing our shipping time to many areas of the country. Waterborne coatings are becoming more common, and in some cases mandated. In the col- lision industry, waterborne basecoats are being used as the paint of choice in many areas of the country. It is more critical than ever that the air coming into and out of a spray gun is clean. It must be free from dust, dirt and sili- cone, as well as free from water and oil condensate. SATA's filtration has evolved over the years into an outstanding product, with three major features that are critical in air purification. First, it removes parti- cles down to the absolutely fine size of 0.01 micron. This is clean enough to use for painting, as well as breathing air. The second feature is the high amount of CFM possible through a SATA filter. The SATA 400 series unit allows 129.6 CFM at 90 psi line pressure. That means it can clean the air, and allows enough volume to run multiple painters, or when properly placed, cleans the air for more than one booth or spray area. It can also offer clean air into the mixing room, so a supplied air full hood can be worn to protect the painter even when mixing paint and cleaning spray equip- ment. The third advantage is low mainte- nance. The recommended three stage fil- ter, the SATA 484 filter has three impor- tant stages. The first stage has a cleanable filter cartridge. This sintered bronze ele- ment is surrounded by a white water cyclone device, which spins the air, remov- ing larger droplets and parti- cles and is equipped with a fully automatic drain valve. When the air travels through the sintered bronze cartridge, it removes parti- cles down to 5 microns. This stage can be cleaned with pure clean thinner, and a nylon brush, then blown dry from the inside out and returned back into operation. This should be done every six months. The second stage houses a micro fine filter cartridge, which removes particles down to 0.01 micron. Inside this filter element there are over nine square feet of folded filter media, which offers an enormous space to stop and store particles without reducing air volume. This cartridge should be replaced within six to 12 months. The final stage is the charcoal filter stage. This charcoal filter removes the remaining hydro- carbons, oil vapors and odors to give you amazingly clean air for breathing and for spraying both solvent and waterborne materi- als with no contamination. This should be replaced every three to six months. Protecting painters is a must today. You can safely breathe using the SATA Vision 2000 Full-Hood supplied air respirator when it is following the SATA filters, and a CO monitor is installed. This filtration sys- tem offers the advantage of both breath- ing air and pure spraying air all in one system. Ask your distributor to contact the SATA representative near you for an in-shop demonstration. For more information, call 800.533.8016, visit www.satausa.com or stop by booth #10609. The Tuff Tote Dry Bag is made with a similar manufacturing process as the Tuff Truck Bag, using heat welded seams, and features a Class-3 Waterproof roll down waterproof opening on the top of the bag. There is no metal on the bags, so dealing with a rusty zipper is not an issue. Each bag comes in a unique size, from the small 15L to a huge duffle bag that can hold enough for a weekend get- away with a cavernous capacity of up to 60L. The bags are offered in a variety of colors to suit any outdoor excursion. "We really wanted to make a portable version of what we had in the Tuff Truck Bag," says Philip Dozer, President of Tuff Truck Bags, Inc. "We were so impressed with the light- weight durability of the Tuff Truck Bag that we took a similar material and used the same heat fusion welding which created a more portable version. I love the duffle bag; I even brought mine out here to the SEMA Show as my luggage bag." The Tuff Tote Dry Bags are currently available in three different sizes. The 15L red or orange dry bag is perfect for a day out on the water or in the tree stand, while the 30L black or white bag holds a little extra plus has a "view win- dow" to see inside.
