An interview with Dirk Finstel, Chief Executive Officer EMEA, ADLINK Technology, Inc. GN: Which general requirements do you see for application develop- ment in the gaming industry? DF: Gaming applications are characterized by stringent requirements on processor and graphics performance. Graphics output on various screens in ever increasing resolutions (4k, 5k, 8k) assumes high scalability. Apart from an efficient kernel system, the expandability for various input and out- put devices is a very basic requirement. An implementation of coin hoppers, ticket printers and similar peripheral devices is also a must have for commercial gaming applications. GN: What are the characteristic features of ADLINK's solutions? ADLINK TECHNOLOGY: BUNDLED SOFTWARE, HARDWARE SOLUTIONS ARE THE FUTURE OF GAMING DEVELOPMENT It's no secret that bed bugs aren't going anywhere. In fact, the number of reported bed bug cases are on the rise. But now, there's a product that can with- stand continued wear and tear and outlast the life of the bed bug. CleanRest PRO mattress and box spring encasements come with a 10-year no-rip commercial warranty. They are engineered to be bed bug-proof, tear-proof and water- proof, and were designed with stretchy side walls for ease of installation. The compa- ny is committed to innovation and has developed patented technology that keeps bed bugs out. The MicronOne ® fabric blocks out anything larger than one micron, and the Zip-N-Click ® zipper locking mechanism ensures the most vulnerable place on an encasement stays secured. By using the tear-proof encasements, you can reduce the number of guest com- plaints and get ahead of the costs associated with their grievances.
