K i t ch e n w a r e N e w s & H o u s e w a r e s R e v i e w S h o w D a i l y S u n d a y, M a r ch 6 , 2 0 1 6 3 2 AN AUDACIOUS BRAND AT THE SERVICE OF YOUR MOST BEAUTIFUL CULINARY IDEAS Within some 15 years, REVOL has gone from being a bicentennial porcelain com- pany from the Drôme region of France to being a brand recognized by profession- als and home cooks for the exceptional quality of its products and its creativity. REVOL has also intensified its inter- national presence, allowing it to offer its products all around the world through a structured and efficient network of agents and distributors. In light of this, the company has committed the brand to a renewal of its codes and images so that it remains coherent with its extraordinary history, its rare skills and craftsmanship and its new ambitions. REVOL begins with the recognition that everyone is capable of producing emotion in their kitchen and on their table. Whether you are a seasoned cook, a beginner or simply appreciate show- manship, REVOL creations are a source of inspiration that give each person the desire to express their personality, and imprint his or her style to their cuisine, for the pleasure and wonder of their friends and guests. REVOL'S LEITMOTIF: DARE! Dare to combine the simplicity of design with new features. Dare to transgress the usual codes of the arts of the table. Dare new ways of cook- ing, arranging and serving dish- es. Dare new materials, textures or finishes that little by little become integrated into current codes. Dare original forms that neverthe- less retain their usefulness. Dare to seduce without being banal or trying too hard. Dare your style: cook who you are! Color your life! This creation emerged out of the heart of the company's factory and its laboratory, where it design its colors. Made by hand and then stamped with REVOL's quali- ty seal, each porcelain tile is delicately submerged in a bath of enamel. The natural pig- ments will reveal their splen- dor during firing. As you follow your whims, you will appreciate the authenticity of the shapes and finishes, as well as the radiant softness of the colors. They will inspire your cooking and embellish your table. Brunch, cocktail, coffee, dessert, centerpiece – all places and all of the moments of the day are conducive to Color Lab and to discover- ing new uses. Visit REVOL at booth #S3934. COPPER JAM PAN FROM MAUVIEL Mauviel is offering the stunning Mauviel copper jam pan that transforms fruits into delicious jams and jellies. The pan is con- structed from 1.2mm-gauge copper, which offers excellent heat conductivity to promote a rapid boil to develop fruit pectin. Made of heat-responsive copper in a wide, shallow design, it's also useful for making caramel and other high-sugar foods. The unlined interior is safe for use with foods with a high sugar content. The pan's size and shape also makes it an ideal home décor statement piece. It can be used as a glamorous cooler for drinks or as an elegant centerpiece. Mauviel, a family-owned maker of fine copper cookware, crafts the pan in France. Mauviel 1830 celebrates its 185th anniversary in 2016. In 1830 in a Normandy village, Villedieu-les-Poêles, near Mont-Saint- Michel, Ernest Mauviel established the Mauviel manufacturing company. He founded a company that manufactured copper cookware for the hotel and restaurant mar- kets in France. Since that time, the company has expanded and now crafts cookware for commercial and household markets in more than 50 countries. Mauviel is still a privately owned family business that is into the sixth generation of ownership. Villedieu Les Poeles, "the city of pots," has a legendary history, 800 years' worth, of creating copper cook- ware and decorative articles. In the 12th century, when knights returning from the Crusades passed through Villedieu, they intro- duced the craft of copper manufactur- ing. Since that time, Villedieu has been the world's center of copper cookware manufacturing. The Mauviel family dates its roots and its manufacturing expertise back to these early days. Do you believe that there is really such a thing as "the next big thing"? We do. Our customers do. What if simple drinking water could improve health, one tiny increment at a time, even beyond water's hydration ability? What if the life-giving element of oxygen could be served to you or a loved one three, four, five times a day, with absolutely no risk and no harm- ful side effects? Drinking oxygen-enhanced water helps alleviate a medical condition known as hypoxia, or inadequate oxygen in the cell. Why would a cell become oxygen- depleted? The answer is simple: eating and drinking choices, exercise and sleep- ing habits, stress, less-than-pristine air quality, body-mass index, vitamin sup- plements and medications. Typical feedback from our customers include, "I have more energy!" to "I drink more water than ever because it tastes so good!" to "My doctor wonders what I've been doing because my numbers are better." Oxygen Orchard, Inc. is the sole manufacturer of The Big Pitcher since 2006. The Big Pitcher is made in America and is patented. Sold in health stores, through doc- tors, in catalogs and online, The Big Pitcher continues to be a sales phenomenon. While the price may seem high at an MSRP of $230, The Big Pitcher's competitors retail for more than twice that cost. With a three-year factory warranty, the investment in health seems like a real bargain. Most products in the market- place today are not necessities. The Big Pitcher, and our customers would agree, is the most necessary appliance in the kitchen. Here's to your health! For more information, go to www.oxygenorchard.com.
