Manufac- tured in five scrumptious flavors, including Artichoke Dill, Roasted Red Peppers, Spinach Jalapeno, Mediterranean Roast and Garden Mint, the product line is based on tra- ditional Armenian recipes that wow every- one. The options are endless, including as a dip and appetizer served with veggies, breads, chips, crackers, pretzels; a gourmet sandwich spread or for your bagels; atop falafels, bur- ritos, baked potatoes; a savory topping or gar- nish for fish and chicken; an addition to vegetable, grains and pasta dishes for creami- ness and flavor; an addition to oil to make zesty, creamy salad dressings; as a flavorful substitute for sour cream, cream cheese and mayonnaise; or substitute for flavored butter. Why Sosi's is Unique, Nutritious and Delicious Sosi's yogurt is unique, nutritious and de- licious because its yogurt is firm thick, creamy, tangy and high in protein and boasts six strains of active probiotics. "If I had to live off of one food, it would be Sosi's Mint Yogurt Dip. Hands down," said Laura Saffioti. "Absolutely love the Artichoke Dill dip. I also love the Mint. Try them all," said Lonnie Yenny "For the first time in 20 years my husband called me from work to ask what I had done to make him such a delicious sandwich," commented Mary Anne Hughes. The Asaro Family Known for Olive Excellence since 1916 The Asaro family started harvesting and crush- ing olives in 1916 in Partanna, Sicily in the province of Trapani, just outside the city of Castelvetrano, famous for the bright green olives bearing this city's name. This beautiful area, formed by the Belice River (the Valle del Belice), produces delicious, fruity extra virgin oil and the region's famous table olives. Today, the fourth generation of the Asaro family is continuing its commitment to bringing its customers the highest quality natural and or- ganic Sicilian olive oil, olives and other spe- cialty foods. Antonino Asaro leads his sons and daughter in their several labels. Their products are based solely on the Monocultivar olive Nocellara del Belice, better known as Castelvetrano olives. Of the various olive oils the family produces, the top of the line is Partanna and Paesanol Organic, both being gold medal awarded extra virgin olive oils at the NYIOCC competitions. The family also cures Castelvetrano olives harvested at its own farm. New York based company United Olive Oil Import Corp. was born as an exclusive importer and distributor for the Asaro Family brands. The strong passion for the Mediterranean diet with an increasing market demand for natural and or- ganic foods have brought the company to ex- pand its line of imported products, becoming the perfect partner for small and medium Italian specialty food producers. In 2015, the Asaro family launched a brand new line of organic Sicilian food special- ties under the Asaro Organic Farm brand. This line gives the opportunity to the con- sumers in the U.S. to try the most delicious Si- cilian gourmet specialties, like artichoke cream, roasted artichoke hearts, oven roasted cherry tomatoes, marinated olives, Castelvetrano olives spread and olives salad, raw honey from orange blossom and natural Sicilian sodas. Thanks to the company's deep knowledge in the specialty foods production, United Olive Oil Import Corp. can satisfy the needs of both its customers and farmers.
