Green Fennel & Maple Fresh fennel is slowly steeped in Vermont maple syrup. The maple syrup used in this ice cream is pretty special because Morse Farms in Vermont has been in the family for more than 200 years. Garam Masala & Cinnamon Cauliflower Dry roasted cauliflower adds a crazy deli- cious funk to the ice cream. To comple- ment it, Salt & Straw has prepared a unique take on Garam Masala by creating a blend of spices that both highlight the cauliflower-y-ness while also pulling out the lurking sweetness of this under-appre- ciated vegetable. Portland Menu Green Fennel & Maple Fresh fennel from Sauvie Island Organics is slowly steeped in Vermont maple syrup. On top of growing amazing or- ganic produce, Sauvie Island Organics runs a scholarship program that provides a yearly supply of fresh produce to fami- lies all around Portland who wouldn't otherwise have access to healthy food. The maple syrup used in this ice cream comes from Morse Farms in Vermont, which has been in the same family for more than 200 years. Sugarcube's Chocolate Caramel Potato Chip Cupcake Chocolate Caramel Potato Chip Cupcake from Portland bakeshop Sugarcube is dense, dark, and beautiful with thick layers of chocolate cake, chocolate ganache, po- tato chips, and hand burned caramel. This flavor showcases that special cupcake in ice cream. Carrot Carrot Cake This flavor calls back the nostalgic flavors of the gooey cream cheese frosting on an old-fashioned grocery-style carrot cake to- gether with neon-bright, uber-fresh baby carrot ice cream that highlights a certain quality of carrot that is only available in the peak of summer.
