Owner Monique Hamaty-Simmonds also announced the imminent launch of several new products, including coconut rum pearls – sweet balls of chocolate with a coconut center. "Our original gold rum cake is still our number one product, but launching the confections is our new focus," said Hamaty-Simmonds.
