GN: Tell our readers about your company. What's your main line of business? TD: Kids Quest has been providing casino guests with supervised children's entertain- ment for 22 years. Cyber Quest has been offering non-violent family-friendly arcade entertainment for 18 years. We are family-owned and operated in 11 states. GN: What would you say makes your company unique? TD: Kids Quest provides casinos with a unique amenity. Our professionally trained staff members entertain the children so adults have the freedom to enjoy all other resort amenities. GN: How do online casinos initiate trial with players? PG: Given the new online gaming opportunities, casinos must have a strategy for attracting a wide and varied player base in order to achieve success. Early adopters to any new technology will give an initial surge, but the key to long term success lies in the ability to initiate trial among main stream players. These trials vary by site, and the key to making an appealing trial is to create familiarity with their current player rewards programs and to integrate it into all methods of play. Casinos must take a unique approach when they begin offering trials to new players, and look for opportunities to seg- ment their promotions to individual players. This includes sign up bonuses and cross promotions with their current program, maximizing the loyalty to the casino.
