H a rd wa re & H o u s e wa re s Re vi e w W e d n e s d a y, M a y 7 , 2 0 1 4 2 0 SOLEUS AIR "CONSUMER INTUITIVE" FEATURES OF 2014 Soleus is always working to improve the consumer experience. The company is in the HVAC business of comfort and technology. Retailers look to Soleus for fresh designs, upgraded features and a solid program-support infrastructure. Soleus conducts research studies and forms focus groups to get honest feed- back on its products when put head-to- head with the competition. These stud- ies allow the company to find out what consumers are looking for and how it can make itself better. The Soleus Marketing and Engineering Teams are always looking for ways to improve cat- egories and make their designs a step above the rest. 2014 has been an influential year in Soleus patent-pending technologies. Its designs and features have allowed Soleus to introduce first-to-market products like the 95-Pint Dehumidifier with MyHome Mode and a complete line of touch-panel portable air conditioners. These are just a few examples of the great things going on at Soleus this year. The new line of Soleus Portable ACs made its retail debut this spring and fea- tures touch-panel control centers. The new technology uses a buttonless layout design to allow you to easily navigate the control panel with a simple touch of the icons. Comfortable functionality is one of the many influences that keep Soleus technology driving forward. The latest in Soleus dehumidifier innovation is the 95-Pint with MyHome Mode, the highest-capacity dehumidifier on the retail market. MyHome Mode takes the guesswork out of having to navigate a wide range of humidity levels for all seasons and every room in the house. Simply select from basement, living space and sleep- ing space to tell the dehumidifier where it is being used in the house and let the preset modes go to work for you. There's no more need to spend time through trial and error to find that per- fect humidity level for each room. Of course, if there is a humidity level that you like, you can always manually set it on the adjustable digital humidistat. Soleus invests in technologies that are practical and just simply make sense. The user experience should be enjoyable and easy, so that when they think of mak- ing another appliance purchase, they think Soleus Air. Visit Soleus Air at booth 4015.
