THE HOUSE OF CASTELLO BRINGS ALPS SELECTION CHEESES TO THE UNITED STATES The House of Castello ® is bringing three cheeses―Weissbier, Bergkase, and Hirten―from the Alps to the United States. The Alps Selection cheeses, the first of their kind available in the U.S., will join the Castello line of award-win- ning Danish Blue and premium Havarti cheeses. Castello will celebrate the launch with a series of events in New York City, including the New York City Food & Wine Festival, Das Best OktoberFest, and the Castello Alps Selection Food Truck.
