AUTOMATED TEST SCORING, ANALYSIS STREAMLINES TESTING PROCESS No more manually scoring tests! The Scantron Score Test Scoring Machine (TSM) helps make the most of teaching and training time by automatically scor- ing tests and analyzing results. With the Scantron Score, educators can accurately score up to 40 tests per minute, then immediately see how students performed on the test. Good assessment is more than just scoring tests. The Scantron Score can print the correct answer next to each ques- tion the student got wrong, helping your students reinforce their learning. Test rescoring lets you give them a chance to correct mistakes. Item analysis features help you see how the test itself per- formed, defining test validity and identi- fying areas of instruction that may need more emphasis. Furthermore, you can process up to four versions of the same test, helping to ensure students' results are really their own. The Scantron Score allows you to concentrate on improving student learning, not test scoring. Combining Scantron Score with Remark ® Classroom Edition provides simple, powerful reports so you can ana- lyze student performance against stan- dards, create differentiated instruction, apply remediation approaches and export scores to gradebook applications. Easily share the Scantron Score solution across buildings, departments or entire schools. Since the Scantron Score test scoring machine never requires a computer to scan forms and col- lect results, you can set it up in a central location. Teachers can score tests, then transfer results to classroom computers using any standard USB drive for analysis in Remark Classroom Edition. Scantron offers nearly 40 different types of answer sheets for use with the Scantron Score, with many types special- ly designed to take advantage of Scantron Score's advanced features (such as test versions and student IDs). Choose the number of questions, the types of answer choices, whether the test has multiple ver- sions and many more options to help you create and score the most effective test for your students' abilities. You can also include results from a performance-based assignment (lab projects, reports, etc.) to create a single score using Scantron's sub- jective score area. Scantron's unique low visibility answer sheets (LOVAS) offer increased test security, while mini essay books and forms with blank work space provide areas for answering essay questions and showing cal- culations. All together, the Scantron Score, Remark Classroom Edition, and Scantron's long line of available forms ensure you never have to score multiple choice tests manually. This complete solution helps you focus on using your test results instead of col- lecting them. Your stress decreases, while student achievement increases. Scantron has been automating test scoring for more than 30 years. Scantron also offers a 100 percent quality guaran- tee on every form printed. When it comes to accuracy, durability and dependability, Scantron is counted on most! Visit booth 1739 to learn more and see the Scantron Score in action.
