One of the ways we will deliver on this goal is by investing in more marketing and merchandising opportunities with our customers throughout the year. As the new Head of Customer Development at Newell Rubbermaid, one of the first questions I asked is, why we don't do more to take advantage of the seasonal events where consumers naturally rely on our products? We have great brands that are essential to getting more out of life: Rubbermaid®, Sharpie®, Paper Mate®, Goody®, Graco® and Dymo®, among others. We have a mutual opportunity with our customers to drive traffic and provide solutions to con- sumers at key times of year. For example, we're in the heart of spring cleaning season, when people clean and get organized. Rubbermaid can help with projects big and small. Our new Reveal Power Scrubber makes cleaning easier, and our Easy Find Lids food storage line can quickly organize a cabinet. For larger projects, like closets and garages, the Rubbermaid HomeFree series closet system and FastTrack garage organization system can be easily customized to fit any family's organization needs. This summer, as millions of people flock to the beach, entertain guests at home or plan picnics in the park, Rubbermaid should be a destination brand with our wide variety of food and beverage containers. You can bet that we will be offering new opportunities to NEW KL100 FROM KIRBY LESTER: LESS WORK FOR YOU, SAFER FOR YOUR PATIENTS Protect everyone at your pharmacies – your staff and your customers – with Kirby Lester's new KL100 midsized dispensing robot. It's the only 100medication robot that combines the highest level of medication safety with the simplest operation. With the exclusive FillSafe technology aboard, the KL100 sets a new standard for secure, automated dispensing. FillSafe prevents any unapproved cassette replenishment, virtually eliminating any room for error. The FillSafe system is only available on Kirby Lester's new midsized KL100 and compact KL60 robots. But it's not only dispensing safety that is elevated with the KL100. Efficiency and speed will dramatically increase with this new technology. Fifty percent or more of a pharmacy's total daily orders can be easily handled by the KL100. Just 59 inches deep, the KL100 is by far the smallest 100-cell robot and easily fits into an existing floor plan without the need for costly renovation. The KL100 never compromises speed and efficiency, even with the most advanced security software; prescriptions are automatically dispensed in about 30 seconds. And staff acceptance? The KL100 is a pharmacy technician's new best friend. With the system automating more than half of a pharmacy's total orders, technicians just need to retrieve filled, labeled orders. In fact, the KL100 is the only robot that does all TAGI PHARMA PROVIDES EXCELLENT SERVICE, QUALITY TAGI Pharma, Inc., a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on the retail segment, was launched in April 2011 with the introduction of four generic products. TAGI Pharma is a wholly owned subsidiary of Precision Dose, Inc., which has serviced the hospital and long-term care markets with its unique line of unit dose products since 2003. TAGI Pharma is uniquely positioned in the marketplace by leveraging the Precision Dose relationships already established with hospital and long-term care customers, thereby driving demand for its products in both the retail and institutional market segments. Today, TAGI Pharma's product portfolio includes nine products. One of the newest additions is Codeine Sulfate Oral Solution CII, 30 mg/5mL in a 500-mL bottle. It is the only FDAapproved codeine oral liquid product that does not include acetaminophen as an ingredient of the product. Codeine Sulfate is an opioid analgesic indicated for the management of mild to moderately severe pain where the use of an opioid analgesic is appropriate (a copy of the full package insert is available for review at TAGI's website, www.tagipharma.com). TAGI Pharma expects to launch additional products before the end of 2013, and are providing for a robust product pipeline utilizing product licensing and acquisition initiatives, as well as products in various stages of development.
