Beyeler has worked at Kuhn Rikon as an Industrial Designer for nine years, and has been the head of the industrial design team for seven years. Due to the importance of the United States' market, Beyeler has moved to Novato, Calif., to work at Kuhn Rikon's U.S. headquarters. Continuing his position as Chief Industrial Designer, Beyeler is responsible for the company's product development. "Our industrial design team's mission is to make the ordinary extraordinary by using color, imagination and ingenuity," Beyeler said. Appoints Troy Davis to Vice President of Marketing Troy Davis has been appointed Vice President of Marketing of Smith's Consumer Products, Inc., a global leader in the design and manufacture of a full line of manual and electric knives, scissors and tool sharpeners, as well as an expanding line of kitchen and grilling tools. As a member of the firm's executive team, Davis will lead the company's worldwide branding initiatives and oversee marketing, advertising, public relations, consumer and trade promotions, social media and digital strategy, and marketing research. The six-hour event will feature sessions on veteran transition strategies; workshops on LinkedIn, resume development and interviewing; a campus tour; and lunch with a senior executive. Prior to joining Smith's, Davis served as Director of Marketing for The Evogi Group and has held executive level marketing positions of increasing responsibility with Macy's, Inc., Kraft Foods Group Inc., Wells' Dairy Inc., ConAgra Foods Inc., and Sargento Foods, Inc. Davis holds a B.A. in History from Sam Houston State University and an M.B.A. range of industry disciplines such as logistics, store management, loss prevention and home services. In addition, this is also a time in which Sears Holdings will recognize the hard work of many of the company's military spouses. In many cases, they have been left to manage their career and family while a loved one is serving in the military.
