Construction Marketplace Tuesday, February 19, 2019 4 ECi Announces Two-Way Data Sync Between MarkSystems Software and Lasso CRM Joint users can now leverage both sys- tems seamlessly without data duplication or reentry ECi Software Solutions, a leader in cloud-based business management solu- tions, and Lasso Data Systems, the lead- ing provider of cloud-based CRM soft- ware for new home marketing and sales, recently announced a two-way sync of key prospect data between ECi's MarkSystems ® ERP software and Lasso CRM. This real-time integration will instantaneously push data between the two systems, ensuring information is always up to date. With this two-way data sync, cus- tomers will now be able to seamlessly toggle between both systems without the need to reenter data. The integration will increase operational efficiencies by elim- inating duplicate effort and the potential for errors, helping builders save time, focus on increasing sales and grow their businesses. "Keeping data in sync b e t w e e n Lasso and MarkSystems ERP is incredibly important," said Chris Hartley, Vice President of Operations and Marketing, Dunhill Homes. "The last thing we want to do is send the wrong information to someone who's on con- tract. We don't want to scrub the database to make sure a purchaser was mislabeled as a prospect. With the integration, we save a lot of time, and accuracy is guar- anteed." ECi and Lasso have worked together Accessibility Project 'Means the World' to Boston Woman Garaventa Lift has a long-standing repu- tation as a world-class manufacturer spe- cializing in compact elevators, home ele- vators, inclined platform lifts, vertical platform lifts and emergency evacuation chairs. It has an industry-leading network of trained professionals who configure and install these products and are instru- mental in ensuring compliance with code requirements. Many times, when specifying a lift for installation, there are multiple layers of regulations to consider. In some cases, worthy projects are jeopardized because strict adherence to regulations is not pos- sible. A great example of this is a project that was coordinated by Mike Doyle of Garaventa USA in Manchester, New Hampshire. It was determined that installing an inclined platform lift would be the only practical accessibility solu- tion for a Boston woman trapped in her home. She uses a wheelchair due to ter- minal ALS, but has a flight of stairs lead- ing up to her front door. An inclined platform lift to travel over the front stairs was the obvious solu- tion. However, the lower landing of the lift would have to be anchored to a public side- walk. Because it needed to attach to the b r i c k w o r k , three variances were required from the State of Massachusetts before the lift project could proceed. Often, this kind of red tape can delay a project for weeks, months, years or indefinitely. Fortunately, Susan Kron had Doyle and Garaventa Lift in her corner. He worked diligently with the state to present the case for the variances.
