FMD: Tell us more about your work with Charlie Baggs. CL: We're very excited to be partnering with Charlie and his team. He's responsible for introducing the 'culinology' concept – in which food science and culinary art are combined – in the food industry. He's worked with us to develop some new on- trend soup and sauce interpretations that showcase SANTE, our tomato-based flavor enhancer and CTC, our Clear Tomato Concentrate. In busy modern kitchens, fire is an ever-present danger. To keep up with the latest technology and cooking techniques, Amerex introduces the next generation of commercial kitchen fire suppression. Things are heating up in today's kitchens. Advancements in foodservice equipment design and emerg- ing efficiencies in cooking media continue to evolve. Today, appliances heat up faster and cool down more slowly and vegetable-based cooking oils burn much hotter much faster.
